Practice Business Coordinator

Kasey joined the Ancora team in 2023. She has over 5 years of customer service experience and several years of accounting and finance background. She provides assistance in marketing, research, gathering data and updating client financial plans. When not at work she prioritizes spending time with family, or relaxing at home with her husband Trevor and their two dogs, Lucy and Ricky. Her favorite places are either deep in the mountains or at the northern Outer Banks.

Melissa Spoon

Office Manager

Melissa has over 35 years of customer service management having spent 27 years with Wells Fargo Corporation before joining Raymond James in 2015. She provides operational expertise to our team while cultivating relationships and providing an outstanding client experience. In her free time, Melissa enjoys reading, baking and relaxing by the lake or the Outer Banks with her husband and their labs, Hank and Brandy.

Kyle Pickard

Client Advocate

Kyle joined the Ancora team in 2018. In her role as Client Advocate, Kyle focuses on managing client relationships, meetings and event planning. Kyle is a native of Alamance County and it is where she and her husband Ronald (of over 40 years) raised their two sons, Cregg and Jason. She is an extreme animal lover which includes her three dogs and cat.
